Our nozzles use the Glass to Metal Seal technology to embed the ruby as the center core of the nozzle.
The images will give you a closer look at our nozzle orifice. The red color in the center is the ruby core that is tightly sealed with glass to the metal. The ruby orifice can be bear more than 5000 psi working pressure, non-burr and non-deform, the misting effects it is much better than drilling or stamping orifice.
